The website provides general information about ART equipment, rental pathways and site-planning tools. It is not a binding offer, equipment recommendation or substitute for ART's review of the actual site, operating conditions and intended use.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Published prices and calculator results are starting examples only. Final availability, suitability, equipment configuration, rental price, term, installation requirements and insurance obligations are confirmed during review and in the signed rental documents.
Submitting an application, accepting an electronic-signature request or providing a payment method does not by itself start billing or guarantee approval. The governing rental documents identify when an agreement becomes binding. Billing is not activated until the approved installation and lifecycle conditions are met.
You may use the website for legitimate business evaluation and communication with ART. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, copy protected content at scale or use automated means that degrade the service.
ART owns or licenses the website content, branding and interface. Third-party services such as hosted payment and electronic-signature providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement of unrelated third-party content.
To the extent permitted by law, ART does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general website information will suit every site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law.
